1. BOOKINGS
1.1. The Payment is done and received through online Payment / Credit Card on this Page.
1.2 No contract will exist between you and EtherLofts. until we received the reservation incl. payment
1.3 Your reservation will be confirmed upon the payment.
1.4. Included in the Rate:
– your reserved Ether Loft incl. private Bathroom
– Reception Services
– Free Wifi
– Utilities (Electricity and water)
– Housekeeping
– All Linen and towels
– Safe / Safety Box
1.5. Excluded in the Rate:
– Taxi, Transfers, Car rentals and other transport charges
– Food drinks and other consumables
– Cancellation Insurance
– Insurance for personal possessions
– Excessive cleaning charges (e.g. upholstery)
1.6 Any additional charges for breakages be settled locally on check out. The Renter agrees to pay the owner for the cost of repairing or replacing (solely at the owner’s discretion) any item of property, or contents at the EtherLofts, which is damaged due to negligence or willful default of the renter during the renter’s occupation, or which is missing. The person in whose name the booking is made acts on behalf of all other persons named, and becomes responsible to EtherLofts for all payments in respect of the booking.
2. RENTER CANCELLATIONS
2.1 In the event that you have to cancel your booking until 48hrs prior of Arrival / Check-In you will receive a full Refund. If the Cancellation is done 48hrs prior to Arrival / Check-In, there is a 50% Cancellation Fee on the total Amount paid at the Time of the Reservation.
2.2 It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance, which will need to provide separately to your booking, such insurance should provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation (see Insurance).
3. CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Although it is unlikely that EtherLofts will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it is sometimes unavoidable in which case we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Loft booked, EtherLofts shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable EtherLofts will try to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, EtherLofts will cancel the booking and refund you 50% of the total amount, less any bank transfers charges. EtherLofts shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
4. AMENDMENTS OF DATES
4.1 EtherLofts will endeavor to accommodate changes in Booking dates wherever this is possible. This will be effected at no extra charge should alternative dates be available.
5. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES / CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
5.1 Guest should assume that Check-in time is after 3.00 p.m., and checkout time is 11 a.m. – Please have in mind that we will need your arrival / departure times, as by ferry or flight numbers. Early Check-in or Late-Check-out only by Request and upon Confirmation by / from EtherLofts.
6. REGISTERED GUESTS
6.1 Only those persons incl in the Reservation may reside at the EtherLofts as guests. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes
6.2 The number of people staying at the Ether must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated by you on the EtherLofts booking form, except in the case of infants (under two years old), or unless specifically authorized.
6.3 Should the representative of EtherLofts find that the number of people staying at the property exceeds that on the booking form, he may, at the absolute discretion of EtherLofts ask the extra person or persons to vacate the property forthwith.
7. INSURANCE
7.1 It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). EtherLofts do not check this as it is the responsibility of the guest.
7.2 EtherLofts is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as, car, motorbike or bycicle rental etc.
8.3 EtherLofts will not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government etc.
8. COMPLAINTS
8.1 In the unlikely event of a problem with your Loft occurring, whilst you are in Athens please inform the representative so that the matter can be attended to. If the situation cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, at the time, you may contact, EtherLofts so that EtherLofts is given the opportunity to try to assist. All claims must be addressed directly by mail to the EtherLofts mail address.
8.2 EtherLofts does not accept responsibility for the breakdown of the supply of water, or electricity, though we will use our best endeavors to arrange for any such problems to be solved quickly.
8.3 If there are any problems during your stay , which could not be solved by dealing directly with the representative, contact EtherLofts immediately and he will use his best endeavors to rectify the situation.
8.4 Should a problem remain unsolved please make a complaint in writing by mail to EtherLofts within 14 days of the completion of your stay.
8.5 If the EtherLofts is vacated before the end of your stay without prior agreement with EtherLofts or the Representative, this may result in the loss of all rights to compensation.
9. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
9.1 The person signing the contract (online Reservation) is responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests staying at the property .
9.2 Noise should be kept to a reasonable level and Smoking is prohibited inside the EtherLofts and no pets are allowed.
9.3 Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner EtherLofts or the representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the property forthwith.
10. VALUABLES
10.1 Any valuables left at the EtherLofts are left at one’s own risk. Neither EtherLoft nor the representative at the property is responsible for any loss or damage to valuables or other property. Every Loft has a safe and we recommend you to use it for your valuables.
11. JURISDICTION
11.1 Any contract that is made will be with the acceptance by both parties of these terms and conditions, which are governed by Greek law, and both parties will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
12. AGREEMENT
12.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings / reservations with EtherLofts. Any booking made or reservation placed by you, whether through the EtherLofts’ website or other websites, shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the relevant accommodation subject to these terms & conditions.
12.2 The person who makes the booking / reservation accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. Booking services with the company are only available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a booking / reservation you warrant and confirm to us that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
